Advanced Level Telecom Training Centre (ALTTC),
(ALTTC) Ghaziabad is the apex
training institute of BSNL.ALTTC
.ALTTC was set up as a joint venture of International
Telecommunication Union, Geneva, UNDP and the Government of India in
1975. ALTTC functions on the frontiers of telecom technology, finance and
management and imparts training to the leaders in the business. The
strength of ALTTC lies in the state of art labs, massive infrastructure and
trained, talented and qualified human resource pool.
ITU have declared ALTTC as the “center of excellence” for Broadband
access and NGN in Asia Pacific region for 2015-2018.

 Facilities..
Advanced Level Telecommunication Training Center, Ghaziabad - India,
located about 30 Km. from New Delhi, is a self-contained
self campus full of
life and amenities. It is spread over a lush green landscape of over 80
acres of land. Besides main building complex which houses the
administrative offices, class rooms and Live Telecom systems, there are
elaborate facilities like hostel for trainees, residential complex, shopping
centre, bank and post office etc.

Training
ALTTC has excellent facilities for training. The lecture rooms at the ALTTC
are equipped with modern teaching aids. Emphasis is given on simulation
of conditions existing in the work environment. Hands-on
Hands is encouraged
on live telecom systems.

 Embedded Systems & Robotics: Includes 5 major projects, 20 practicals using
ATMEGA, 16 X 2 LCD, & various Sensors.
 VLSI Design with VHDL Language: VLSI/Digital Design, ASIC/FPGA design
flow, DSCH and Xilinx ISE, VHDL.

Following courses are there for CS/IT branches. Students have to opt any
one of the following courses :

 Duration:
4 Weeks / 6 Weeks

Methodology: Training will be theory and practical based:

 For 04 weeks summer training, classes at ALTTC will be held for 06
continuous working days (i.e. 36 Hrs.). After 06 days, Students will be given
to complete training report and allowed to go back for rest three weeks.
However after four weeks they have to submit report and take training
completion certificate from ALTTC.
 Similar procedure will be adopted for 06 weeks summer training. For 06
weeks, classes will be held for 09 continuous working days (i.e. 54 Hrs.)
 Students can obtain Course completion certificate through Speed post to
their residence and for this they have to summit self addressed envelope
along with appropriate postage amount during time of training.

Note : The hours mentioned against each course( i.e. 04 or 06 weeks) can be
spread over the duration of actual training period as per requirement of
college if we get bulk students from that college.
 How to Apply..
 The registration form duly filled along with following documents is to be sent
by speed/registered post to AGM (EB), Room No. 102, Admn Building, ALTTC,
Ghaziabad or can be submitted in person at the Reception ground floor,
Admn. Building, ALTTC, Rajnagar Ghaziabad-201002

1. One passport size photos (one should be pasted on Registration form)
2. Photocopy of Identity Card issued by college/Institute.
3. Sponsorship letter from respective college/Institute.
4. Demand Draft or copy of NEFT/ebanking
ebanking of requisite training fee to be drawn
in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL, ALTTC, Ghaziabad payable at
Ghaziabad.

 Course Fee:
• Rs. 6,000/- plus 15% service tax for 4 weeks(=6,900/-
weeks(=6,900/ per student) &
• Rs. 9,000/- plus 15% service tax for 6 weeks Training (=10,350/-
(=10,350/ per student).
• Course fee is to be paid through DD. The DD should be in favour of: The
Account Officer (Cash), BSNL, ALTTC, Ghaziabad payable at Ghaziabad
or

 Hostel Accommodation:
1. Rs 50/- plus Service tax (15%) per day (Rs 58/-).
