To whom it may concern,

I am pleased to write a recommendation in support of Erica Mcdade. I was
her nursing instructor for NP2 quarter. I also had the pleasure of having Erica as a
clinical nursing student during her Fundamentals of Nursing clinical rotation
(Rasmussen College, Newport Richey).
During NP2 quarter, I found her to be an intelligent, very responsible,
professional, and a well-organized student. She demonstrated an immense passion
for the art of nursing. She was very punctual and finished all assigned work on
time. She is very hardworking and a great team player. Erica has a caring,
energetic personality and a positive outlook. Erica is kind, respectful, and has
excellent communication skills. She has an eagerness to learn and looks at each
experience as a learning opportunity.

As part of the clinical requirement, she had her clinical rotation at Bayonet
pointe health and rehabilitation (Solaris) facility which had 3 wings (A wing, B
wing, and D wing) with long term care, rehabilitation, and hospice care patients.
She had the opportunity to provide care mostly for the old adult patients with
various medical - surgical conditions and varying degrees of acuity. During that
time, Erica engaged all her patients with ease and was actively involved in patient
care. Erica acclimated to each unit and patient without any difficulty. In addition,
she worked well with all members of the healthcare team including nurses, clinical
technicians, physical therapists, and providers. I received compliments from the
nurses about Erica and her fantastic work as a student nurse. I enjoyed having
Erica and would work with her again in the future if I have an opportunity. She
will make a great nurse and her pleasant, outgoing, positive, and friendly approach
is very appreciable. She will be an asset and will be a welcome addition to any
