    PROJECT
    MANAGER
    Responsible for planning, managing and monitoring
    the overall progress of the project.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Resource Planning: Manage the timeline and deadlines for the videographers, writers and
    video editors and lay out what to do next
    • Develop a social media calendar to schedule and keep track of things such as content
    creation or content postings
    • Coordinate with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time
    • Post content on various social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook and Instagram)
    • Monitor and report progress by documenting the statistics on google sheets
    • Organize and archive completed projects for reference

    WRITER
    Responsible for planning and writing the content for social media
    postings. May range from video scripts, blog posts, long posts,
    quotes and captions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Research and propose ideas for content based on subject matter
    • Plan and repurpose video content into different formats (video scripts, blogposts, quotes
    etc)
    • Write, edit and proofread engaging content
    • Deliver content in different social media platform formats
    (word limits, hashtags and emojis)

    Responsible for shooting footages for social media
    content. Should possess the technical know-how
    VIDEOGRAPHER
    for filming.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Ability to conceptualize and visualize video based on video scripts
    • Plan and schedule filming sessions
    • Produce and film video content
    • Transport, set up and operate various production equipment (video camera, lighting
    equipment and microphones)
    • Quality control of the footages
    • Archive footages for reference

    EDITOR

    Responsible for assembling raw footages and producing finalized


    video for multiple platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and
    Instagram. Should be proficient in editing using softwares like
    Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Reorder and fine-tune the content to ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the
    video
    • Add subtitles into videos
    • Place appealing borders and frames into videos to attract attention and engagement
    • Format and edit videos according to social media platforms requirements
    (Size dimensions, video durations)

    DESIGNER
    Responsible for visually communicating ideas through the art and
    technology. The ability to create visual content that’s informative,
    attention-grabbing and engaging for audiences. Should be
    proficient with softwares such Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and
    InDesign.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
    • Prepare designs for digital or print publication
    • Design content/quote cards for different platforms(Facebook, Instastory and Instagram)
    • Design logo for personal branding or products
    • Design social media branding materials( Ads, banners)
    • Determine strategies to deliver clear messaging to the target audience
