☐ Original bachelor Degree in Engineering, attested by Qatar MOFA*.

☐ Original transcripts of university degree ( ‫ ) فشك تاملاعلا‬.

☐ Police Clearance from home country, attested by Qatar MOFA.

☐ Copy of the PRC Card. For Philippine’s Degrees only.

☐ Experience certificates, (Attested by Qatar MOFA for experiences outside Qatar.)

☐ One personal photos.

☐ A valid passport copy.

☐ A valid QID copy

☐ Training courses certificates. (If you have& no need to be attested )

☐ CV. (Signed)
☐ Qatar Police clearance (Please provide the original police clearance from your home
country, thereafter, we will process your local Police Clearance)
☐ NOC for Registration, included the years of the Experience. (provided by company)
