kemungkinan

Contoh Kalimat Expressing Opinion:

Agreeing with an Opinion (setuju dengan sebuah opini) :

- Of course.
- I agree with this opinion.
- This is absolutely right.
- I couldn’t agree more.
- I agree with what you are saying.
- I agree, I never thought of that.
- Neither do I.
- That’s a good point.
- I think so too.

Disagreeing with an opinion (tidak setuju dengan sebuah

opini) :
- I am sorry, I don’t agree with you.
- I am not sure I agree with you.
- I don’t agree with you.
- Iam afraid I have to disagree with you.
- I do not believe that.

Asking (Menanyakan), Giving (Menjawab),

(Pendapat/Opini) . Asking and Giving Opinion adalah
suatu ungkapan yang digunakan untuk menanyakan
ataupun menjawab/merespon suatu pendapat.

Contoh Dialog Expressing Opinion:

Lisa : What is your opinion about my picture?
Rose : Wow!!!Amazing!! I think it is very beautiful and
colorful. I think you that talent as a Painter or designer.
Lisa : Thank you. By the way have you finished your
homework?
Rose : Not yet. I have a problem about it. Can your help
me?
Lisa : Ok. No problem. What do you think of English
lesson??
Rose : I think English lesson is difficult. What about you?
Lisa : I think English lesson is easy because it’s one of my
favorite lesson.
A. Contoh expression dan respond ask for things:
- Can I...., please?
- May I...., please?
- Can you...., please?
- To give the things, we can use:
- Here you are
- Sure.
- Of course
B. Contoh expression dan respond refuse to give the
things:
- I’m sorry. I’m using it
- Not now. I’m using it/them myself. Sorry.
- Sorry. I’m using it/them right now.
- To show our gratitude, we say:
- Thanks.
C. Contoh expression dan respond asking for and giving
help:
- Can you help me?
- Could you tell me?
- OK.

 Asking And Giving Opinion
(Meminta dan Memberikan Pendapat)
Opinion is including the words of opinion and
argument/reasons. Opinion dialogue is a dialog consists of
two persons or more who have opinion each others. It can
use the expressions, such as in my opinion, in my view, I
think etc. Argument dialogue is a dialog that states the
arguments or reasons. It can use the words such as first,
second etc for arranging arguments.
(Opinion termasuk kata-kata yang berisikan sebuah
pendapat, argumentasi dan alasan biasanya dialog atau
percakapan yang dilakukan oleh 2 orang atau lebih yang
berisikan tentang ungkapan opini atau argumentasi yang
dimiliki oleh mereka masing-masing. Dan biasanya
ungkapan berupa opini atau argumentasi seseorang
berupa pendapat).

Asking Opinion:
= Do you like our school library?
= I like “The English Corner” in particular. What about
you?
Giving Opinion:

= “The English Corner” is not bad. I don’t like some

writings on it because they have a lot of mistakes. But I
really like the information on some English learning
materials from the internet. So, I usually go to some of the
websites to get some more materials for learning English.
I love them very much.
