• Harina de Almendra Marcona Cruda Sosa 200 g

• Remolacha Liofilizada en Polvo Sosa 50 g
• YoPols Sosa 8g
• Bicarbonato Sódico Sosa 2g
Preparar la mantequilla en estado pomada. Agregar el azúcar y
los sólidos. Hornear a 150ºC durante 20 min.
Espuma de Yogur
• Leche 50
• Yogur griego 150
• Azúcar 15
• YoPols Sosa 2
• Proespuma Frío Sosa 8
Mezclar todos los ingredientes juntos y poner en un sifón con una
carga de gas.
Salsa de fresa y vino tinto
• Fruit&Sauce de Fresa Sosa 100 g
• Vino Tinto en Polvo Sosa 1g
Mezclar los 2 ingredientes juntos. Reservar.
Sorbete de Fresa y Vinagre Balsámico
• Puré de Fresa Ravifruit 500
• Azúcar 30
• Dextrosa Sosa 30
• ProSorbet 100 Sosa 50
• Vinagre Balsámico en Polvo Sosa 18
• Vino Tinto en Polvo Sosa 2
Mezclar todos los ingredientes juntos y triturar. Dejar reposar en
nevera durante unas horas.
Mantecar en la máquina de helados.
