INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING FORM FOR THE ENTRANCE TEST

A) General Instructions

1. Application form (Form 2) for Entrance Test has been provided. Please read
these instructions before filling up Form 2.
2. You are responsible for the accuracy of information and indicating the information in
the desired manner. You should ensure that you fulfill the admission criteria as prescribed by the
University as on the last date for submission of Application form for Admission to Management
Programme.
3. Please send your Application Form for Entrance Test by Registered/Speed
Post/By Hand to the nearest regional centre/Study Centre.
4. Applications received after the due date will not be accepted.
5. Do not send any certificate/document with the Form (Form -2). These are required to
be submitted with the Admission Form (Form-1), in case you qualify entrance examination.
6. The candidates will be allotted nearest possible center. No request for change of
test centre will be entertained.
7. A demand draft of Rs.500/-drawn in favour of Uttarakhand Open University,
payable at Haldwani has to be sent along with Entrance test form (Form 2) . Form can
also be downloaded from University’s website.

B) Non-Receipt of Hall Ticket

1. Hall Tickets can be obtained from Regional Centre.
2. The candidates are advised to retain photocopy of filled-in Form for Entrance Test.

C) Reporting of Test Results

Qualified candidates will be sent result card, however, result of entrance test will also be displayed on
the website.
