Advent calendar (Christmas)

In the West, the days preceding Christ's birth (from the Sunday four weeks before Christmas through Christmas
Day) are called the Advent. An advent calendar is a fun calendar for counting down the days until Christmas by
opening the window for each date during Advent, one by one. Opening the day's window reveals a pretty
decoration, making the calendar a wonderful Christmas decoration by Christmas Eve. An advent calendar adds
to the fun of looking forward to Christmas.
