The School’s Learning Resources

School planning, organization and management is directly related to human and

physical resouecs. The basic behind it, is that school should be able to utilize all the

resources in best possible way, so that they proove to be successful in performing thier

duties. For performing thier duties, school employees and teachers require an effective

leadership but at hte same time they require a good and conductive environment in the

school for thier proper fuctioning. It is essential to know what students learn and under

conditions,in order to assess

whether schools are useful and effective. Quality learning can take place only when

children and youth feel welcome in school and are in good health , allowing the learner

space and time to interact within the learning and teaching process.

The library media specialist works with students and other members of the learning

communityto analyze learning and information needs, to locate and use resources that

will meet those needs, and to understand communicate the information the resources

provides. The library media specialist is knoledgeable about current research on

teachhing and learning and skills applying its, finding to the variety of situations
particularly those that call upon students to access, evaluate , and use information from

multiple sources in order to learn, to think, and to create and to apply knowledge. In

short, the library media specialist teaches to students to use like a” starbook”

information for critical thinking and solving using the information literacy standards for

every student to learner.

Bulletin board display

Every good teacher know that the walls of the bulletin board elegant and update like

the office of principle . And the place where the rule reinfroceand routines, encourage

student to do thier best , and celebrate everyone to achievements.Bulletin boards take

time to make, bur they add immeasurably to student learning in your classroom when

done carefully and creatively. Visual learners in the classroom willgain much additional

knowledge from the bulletin board display in the classroom. Connect a bulletin board

to each unit lesson taught to add peripheral learning to the teacher instruction.

Althought many teacher attempt to create bulletin board display that do not change for

the entire year, creating unit displays that follow lesson plan base of my observation

grade 6 level the bulletin board display will connected to lesson for the day to enhance

the student learning . Because the visual learners take in everything around them in

the classroom and often remember whether specifics from what they see later when

taking test or oral participation, for example a visual learner may be able to remember

whether the location of written information. Adding bulletin board displays that reinforce

key facts and other pertinent information will be a great benefits to visual learners.

Slideshow ( slide presentation)

A presentation program is supposed to help both the speaker and students with an

easier access to his ideas and the participant with visual information which

complements to talk. PowerPoint presentations consist of a number of individual pages

or slide, the ease of use of presentation software can save a lot of time for people whio

otherwise would have used other types of visual iad, hand drawn or mechanically

typeset sildes, the blackboards or whiteboards, or overhead projectionsEase of use also

encourage those who otherwise would not have used visual aids, or would not have

given a presentation at all, to make presetation.

Tool of the trade

People have different lelarning styes. Some students learn by best by listening, others

by seeing and reading and other by hands-on activities by and other they have

something to do. In classroom , a combination of these techniques will make teaching

more effective . By using audio, visual aids, like slides and movies, recorded music and

speeches, and educational recording , teachers are offering reiforcement of thier other

teaching methods and have a better chanc of reaching more students wit different

learning, using demos allows students to see scientific equipment being used some of

which they may not have a chance to use themselves. Demos show students exactly

how certain concepts were discovered students but if they have something visaul to

see they can understand the new vocabulary faster, students who are not academically

tune out when a teacher is standing in the front and droning on and on about a topic.

When there’s something for them to watch, they end up paying attention and becoming

engaged.

Technology Integration in the classroom

There are many advantages to using technolog in the classroom , as an educator

learning new tools in technology, I had the opportunity to become an export on, not only

using technology effiently in the classroom with presentational purpose, but also to

develop my own activities which bring as much educational information as fun to my

class. My most basic skill involve the use Powerpoint and the internet in the classroom

among others. Technology will be a great assset in the classroom, as a motivational aid

and a teaching tool to help students succeed. The realms of technology in the

classroom have expanded far beyond mere word processing and basic presentation

with images, and technology is noe a prime way to motivate students. By using

technology in this fashion, students can become more engaged in instruction and

achieve a more substantive learning experiece. My personal observation has showed

me that technology is a possive tool in the classroom. It bring advantages in the

teaching process both for educators abd for learners

My E-World

E-world is very important to all because the E-world gives us more information that we

need to know. We can also get a martials or for our topic to make us of it in many ways .

Just like a educational and study website, student or even the teachers can access any

website to gain or have stack knoweledge of information about the topic.

The library has also purchased to subscription to many electronic information resources

in order to provide us with a access to them, and we can do more independently and in

the time frame we have its also gives us the ability to do work anytime of the day. It is

hard to determine when to quit searching for information in order to start writing, the

teacher at all levels utilize a variety of instructional materials such as textbooks,

presentation and handouts to enhance the quality of their lesson. But as a future

educator we must read and not only base on internet because not all of the

information’s posted in a site will guarantee thr best answer, because some of the

information or answer are not relevanrt to the topic

On-line learning though MOOCS

Online learning also help make learning environment interesting and engaging,

learners are being exposed to technology and digital devices so when they come to

school, they have lilttle to no patience for lecture-style teaching,since not all learners

learn int he same fashion, employing the use of online-learning in the classroo and at

home help teachers reach all learning styles. Engaging all learnerwill facilitate the

comprehentionof content and allows for consestent progression in the teaching of

material.
