What to Expect
It is very important that participants attend every rehearsal possible so that
the band can prepare, however School Band, All-State, Districts, etc comes
first. Participants must be proactive and inform NJW of conflicts.
It is OK to have conflicts, you just need to communicate.

The October/November rehearsal schedule is the main rehearsal time
setting the band on a path of success for the rest of the year.

The NJW program is a music education program with performances to
enhance the curriculum and cultivate student development. A rounded
program with professional educators and performers is the model that NJW
has followed for eleven years with great success.

Past participants have also performed with other honor music programs.
The schedule could change because of requests and opportunities.
