STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVE: TARGET:

Increase health awareness by providing information, health education to the Eradicate TB diseases

tuberculosis programs To ensure that all patients screened for positive tuberculosis
Localize implementation of TB control and treatment and prevention promote and

To screen the constituents/vulnerable clients with tuberculosis
Surveillance and assessment of tb among staff
