Cheese Sticks

Objective:
To create and produce a healthier and at same time a more
delicious snack.

Description of product:
A cheesy new snack filled with layers of cheese with the
satisfying taste of hotdog in a wrapper. It also have a sauce
(mayonnaise or ketchup) which makes you want to crave more.

Advantage:
Cheap,Delicious and Healthy. It comes with a delicious sauce
dip, which you crave for more.

Target Market:
Students and Teachers:
1. Usually play around or study. Most love food with
cheese in/on their food.
2. They constantly need energy. They also need to eat healthier
foods.
3. Healthy and delicious kids and students will get healthier and
more energetic because of the health benefits of this food.
I. INTRODUCTION

Our business are intended to the Students and Teachers in


MPCHS (Maloh Provincial Community High School). The name
of this business is Cheese sticks. Our business will be located
inside the school of Maloh,PCHS. Our product is good for all,
there is no need to any segment. We make sure that our product is
healthy and affordable. Our market target product is for
positioning. This business is good to start, because you don’t have
to spent beg money

This business is good to everyone because cheese sticks are a


Filipino snack made with cheese wrapped in lumpia wrapper and
fried until its golden brown. This product is perfect partner to the
other product from the other group like: Jolly jelly and Golaman.
Our product is different from our competitors because our sauce
we made is unique and delicious. Also the hard work we give, the
teamwork, the efforts and most of all the love we give in our
business and to our customers. The success of our business will
depend on how the product is being made, sold and convince our
customers.

Our vision and mission is to capture and serve students and


teachers a healthy and delicious snacks. We will serve theme the
best appetizer ever. We need to assure that the product we serve
and offer to our customers are healthy and clean. The other
important thing is to make sure that they will enjoy and satisfy the
product we serve. We also need to make sure that we can receive a
good comments and feedback from our customers. We serve a food
not just delicious but also it is affordable.
II. Executive Summary:
There are around 1,000 students in MPCHS ( Maloh
Provincial Community High School) don’t know where their
snacks is coming from. We want to change that. Snack Time is
providing cheapest snack in the students in MPCHS. It is no secret
that students that have well balanced meals with the proper
nutrition have improve brain development.
Our team is a group of Grade 12 senior high students who
feel strongly about helping our co-students in our school,
supported by our parents and teachers.We want to create and
produce a healtier and at the same time a more delicious snack.

First of all, our capital is Php.132.00 that will be used for


buying the ingredients in making Cheese Sticks. The rest of the
costs are broken into the first four weeks, because by then we
should receive our reimbursement money. We will need Php.27.00
for 1 pack hotdog, Php.45.00 for Lumpia Wrapper, Php.22.00 for
vegetable oil, Php.14.00 for maufran sauce and lastly, Php.20.00
for Plastic Bag.
We will offer the costumers the best Cheese Sticks that the
students will ever taste.Students who would not have dreamed of
spending 2 Cheese Sticks per Php.5.00. And we will sell 50 pairs
of Cheese Sticks a day.

which consist of Prezyl Joy Sol, Christly Ann Sol, Jomar Landao,
Anthony Carreon, Renante Macolbacol, John Maru Partosa, and
Anthony Carreon,
Cheesy Company will invest Php. 130.00 from its own money
and hope that within 1 week we can get a higher profit.
III. The Business Proponents:
The one who will be making the the Cheese Sticks will also be
the Cheesy Company to save and lessen the expenses.

Prezyl Joy Sol and Jomar Landao will care of the supply
Department. She will be the one to buy the needed ingredients and
materials at the market that we will be used for making our
product. Christly Ann Sol and Prezyl Joy Sol will handle the
preparing and cooking the Cheese Sticks at their Respectives
houses. Ariel Camporedondo will be assigned in the cleaning
department. While, Renante Macolbacol and John Maru Partosa
will be assigned in delivery department. The Cheesy Company will
also handle the Marketing Department. Everyday, exchange assign
will do so that everyone will work together and experience every
department.These people are trusted for their assigned Tasks.

IV. THE TARGET COSTUMERS AND THE


MAIN VALUE PROPOSITIONS TO THE
CUSTOMERS
Our main target customers of buying Cheese Sticks are the
Faculty and Staffs of MPCHS and the Students. Aside from
teachers and students, the workers of the constructed building can
also buy our product.

The Neighbors of Christly Ann Sol and Prezyl Joy Sol will also
be one of our costumers because they will also buy the product
when it is not yet deliver in the School. The MPCHS students,
teachers and workers comprising 70% of population while, the
Neighbors comprising 30% of population of the outsider buyers.

ENVIRONMENT
Here in MPCHS Teachers, and students would likely buy our
product because it is a big demand to sell in the campus. Specially
nowadays, some costumers will prefer buy the cheaper food that is
tasty and crispy.

Everyday, Cheesy Company offers different kinds of Cheese


Sticks and this are:

Cheesy Company can also create new kind depending to the


request and suggestions of the customers. We also depend on the
availability of the ingredients.

all. The costumers cannot resist our product since it is tasty, crispy,
creamy and delicious. It is also good business because it is less

product because we will serve it room by room . No need for them
to go after us. We will them nicely so that we can fulfill their
satisfaction and can catch their interest.

IX. ENVIRONMENTAL AND REGULATORY


COMPUANCE

The cheesy Group of Company is not a big establishment


business, but a home made product. No need for it to have a
environmental permit and business Permit. In terms of cleanliness
we assign some of our group members to clean and to make sure
that the used plastic are disposed properly. We will also remind the
students to throw there plastics to the garbage disposal.

The Cheesy Group of Company will gain back its capital


within 1 week of selling. After that our cheese stick will earn
money every school days.

If ever our customers request another product/recipe we are


willing to make it as what our customer(s) request or want and to
