Copy existing P&ID’s from 1 Project to another

Step 1: Open PDM Module

Step 2: Transfer Documents to Database

{All green ticks converted into Blue colour}

Step 3: Create New Project Database
Step 4: Create New Project inside New Project database

Step 5: Copy P&ID’s from previous Project to New Project

Step 6: Select all the check boxes except Enable Automatic Merge

Step 7: Select Target Database and Target Project

Click on Copy
Step 8: Copy process completed, click on close option

Step 9: Transfer Document to disk for New Project

{All blue ticks converted into Green after transferring document to disk}
