7 a) Lift the system unit up as shown in the right fig. and fix it with

8 a) Disconnect the connector of the conveyance duct assembly

and remove it from the wire saddle. 50GA-189 (there is spec.)
b) Remove the conveyance duct assembly (remove three(3) Drum rotating plate
screws).
c) Remove the drum rotating plate (remove one(1) screw).
Note-1: DO NOT rotate the drum rotating plate
in the direction of ”x” (counterclockwise).

9 a) Loosen four(4) screws of the brushless motor and fix it again 27LA8003(4)
with the screws (four(4) positions). At this time, make sure that DC brushless
each locating pin is inserted in the hole of the metal part motor/30
properly.
Note-1: Do not damage the gear surface of the brushless
motor or the surface of the coupling plastic gears.
Note-2: When removing the screws, remove the right screws
(Z193041　M3X4).

brushless motor is inserted in the hole
of the metal part properly when fixing
the brushless motor with the screws.

10 a) Fix the drum rotating plate with the screw (one(1) screw).

b) Fix the conveyance duct assembly with the screws (three(3)

c) Connect the connector of the conveyance duct assembly
and put it through the wire saddle. Z164081
Note-1: Fit D-cuts before fixing the drum rotating plate with the
screws.
Note-2. DO NOT rotate the drum rotating plate
in the ”x” direction (counterclockwise).
Note-3: Be careful not to pinch the wiring when installing the
conveyance duct assembly.

11 a) Remove the pieces of tape fixing the system unit and fix the Rear panel right side

Note-2: Be careful not to pinch the wiring.
Note-3: Make sure that the system unit does not override the
locating pin.
Note-4: Put the right screws in the right
