OPD Plan
OPD Cover is a specially designed insurance cover for out-patient treatment expenses that includes
consultations, prescribed diagnostics, dental and vision expenses up to the sub-limits defined under
each plan. You can then choose to buy this plan with your Flex points or through salary deduction.

Claims process
Medical insurance:
The medical expenses can be claimed in 2 different ways:
• Cashless process • Reimbursement process
