PROJECT SITE FEATURES

The site is an interior lot with a total lot area of 480 sq.m. (20m x 24m) fronting a 12.00-meter wide RROW. NORTH
The site slopes upward from the front of the property with a 4.00-meter elevation at the rear side of the
property line. It is situated at Tandang Sora, Quezon City with the following coordinates: 14.70N (Latitude)
and 121.10W (Longitude).

USER BACKGROUND

Family of six (6) persons plus two (2) family relative: Parents are in their late 50’s that works on company as
a Finance Officer. They have three (3) children including: the eldest daughter in her early 20s that is about to
graduate college; the second son in his late 20s that is on his senior high level; and a teenage daughter in her
9th grade of K-12 curriculum in high school. They are living with their retired grandmother (their mother’s mom) 20m
together with their uncle (mothers brother) in his mid-50s who has a trading business of indigenous materials and
they own two different pets: a talking bird named Ganda a female dog named Fiona and a male dog named Road
Shrek.
