 - Install sprinkler head at each BC-08B and BC-16A/B inside the Head Pulleys Chute.

6. Underground
- Backfill, compaction and add gravel at TT-8 area, BC-17 Area, TT-10 area, TT-2 area
done.

7. Fire Alarm
- Repair Horn Strobe because of no response at 1BAT10 done.

8. Dust Suppression
- High Vibration Dust Suppression Pump #2;

Action:
a. Deluge found vendor to repair the pump, pump will take out from Babelan Site and
bring to Pump Repair Vendor workshop at Jakarta area.

9. This Week Plan:
