Purpose Schedule and communicate assignments to produce an

orderly and excellence church program. By reducing the


stress of the unexpected will produce an
environment conducive for worship and an
encounter with God.
TEAM LEADER

Accountability Head Team Leader & Head Team Leader Assistant

Responsibilities
1. Schedule Sabbath assignments for platform chair,
deacons, deaconesses, & greeters
2. Send a reminder to participants reminding them of
responsibilities (email, text, phone call)
3. Relay information of deacon participants to bulletin
secretary
4. Schedule one deacon to open church and another
deacon to close church
5. Assign greeters for Sabbath School time and
greeters for Main Service time.
6. Schedule someone to be in the foyer during service
for safety and for late comers.
7. Make sure persons unable to participate find
replacements for assigned duties.
8. If needed team leader will fill any unfilled duty or find
replacement on Sabbath.
9. Communicate to Platform Chair who will be the
serving Deacons.
