SM CITY FAIRVIEW ANNEX 3 EXPANSION


 Aggressive Date of completion (Oct 8, 2019 – June 2020)
 HTS1 plans to create the SM Fairview as one, no more annex.
 Location ID for HTS1 is okay
 Global brands are present in Annex 2 and 1
 Wall panelling on the renovation depends the budget.
 Need to consult first regarding the ‘green’ painted/panelled stairs.
 Show to STD regarding green stairs and panelling.
 Why one escalator is different from one another.
 All must be uniform and consistent.
 Wood Panelling details and budget should be presented.

SM CITY MASINAG
CYBERZONE RENOVATION
 No need for consultants, choose from the 29 designs of Cyberzone.
 Minimal Changes only (just repaint the drop ceilings)
 Option 1 is the choice.

FOODCOURT RELOCATION
 Prefer to use real timbers because it is cheap than aluminium.
 ‘Proper Pests Control’
 Option 2 is too generic.
 Did not think regarding the location of the design.
 HTS1 wants to know how it will work.
 Did not think regarding the physical location of the foodcourt.
 ‘Foodcourt’ has a boring band.
 Give chance to other designers.

SM CITY MOLINO (ROAD WIDENING)


 Road widening is 45m.
 They should work with LGU.
 No actual plan yet for the road widening.
 HTS1 cannot agree to government without SM say.
 22.5 m is too big for the property.
 Is it expropriate?
 What are the legal issues.
 Need basic concept plan from DPWH.

SM BATANGAS MALL RENOVATION


 Has the demographic of the mall change?
 What does the local market wants.
 Why timber is used?
 No big panels will be painted to look like wood.
 HTS1 is not convinced with the peg, think it is not worth it.
 Railings will not be change.
 Should be modern interpretation of SM Batangas.
 The design presented doesn’t suit.

FOR BATHROOMS
 The design presented have retro vibe.
 HTS1 wants clean and modern CR.
 How does it connect with the mall renovation.
 ALL MALLS CR RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION SHOULD HAVE BIDET.

SM SANTA ROSA EXPANSION


 Blockings should be presented.
 What are the marketing lease.
 HTS1 needs a talk with Joan Solano regarding the leasing space.
 HTS1 thinks that Foodcourt and Cyberzone should be relocated.
 The interior is not right fot the mall.
 HTS1 wants simple lines with strong characters.
 Keep the CR cubicle black
 Design is too High End.

QUANTITY OF ARCADE TILES


 No more white and gray tiles, stick to brown, beige and black.

SM CABANATUAN FOORBRIDGE
 No issues tackled.

SM ROSALES REDEVELOPMENT
 No issues tackled.

SM CITY GRAND CENTRAL


 Concept is the most important part.
 Make the indoor space nice.
 Space Concept (New Consultant presented).

SM MIDPRO CITIMALL
 HTS1 thinks that the logo presented is weak.
 Perspective should be revise and show correct traffic flow and parking entrance logos.
 HTS1 is not fan of the color combination, he wants more on brown and gray.
 Needs to be aspirational.
 Double check the safety of the railings and double check the ceilings-, and other.
 Clean Railing Design (should be 1.5m compatible)

SM CITY BUTUAN
 No touch of red in interior design.
 Change the color, too bright.
 Revise the perspective.
 Concern regarding the tile patterns because no relationship with the ceilings.

SM MALL OF ASIA (ATRIUM DROPWALL)


 Ficem board as temporary dropwalls.

Option 1:
- Fine rated ACP (3-hr rating)
- Expensive
- What is the cost and how we can help the cost.
