Objective

Technology is a source of happiness because it provides easy solutions for complex problems. I have
received training of CISCO and MICROSOFT technologies from well-known institutes and have further
honed them through diverse projects. I believe in the power of data as it is only through data that we
can tackle today's complexities at the rudimentary level.

IT Consulting and Services 2018 - Present

• I was responsible for solving client problems at all level as a part of helpdesk team.
• Responsible for installation and configuration of software and hardware at client Network.
• Monitor system logs and event logs. Updated the firmware and getting Diagnostic.
• Troubleshooting performance related issues for windows client OS, hardware, Network
printers, LAN and WAN.
• Maintaining data center assets and data center diagram based on the equipment list,
performing proper dressing and labeling of cables, switches and router and their configuration.
• Installation and configuration of NAS storage based on the site requirement.
• Installation and configuration of IP cameras and their monitoring.
• Installation and configuration of VoIP phones and PBX Exchange.

Associate Network Engineer

EzXprt (Internship) March-2018 – July-2018

Basically, Ezxprt is a training institute which provide all the trainings related to computer networks like
CISCO, Microsoft, HUAWEI, VMWare and RedHat etc. The instructor provides me an opportunity to
work here for deeper learning and explore much more. I worked with switches, routers and MS Servers
and share my experience with new and senior students which help me to make things clear.

Zong VPN Project

Able to work in a Data Center and established and maintained effective work relationship with those
contacted in course of work. Here was my duty to manage the devices their installation and
configuration and proper maintenance of the devices. Providing remote access to the team for
inspection and work according to the requirement and monitoring of assets for routine task.
HUBCO Project
This project was shifting of data center to another location. We Provide management of resources and
security of the assets.
• Worked in design and implementation of new network. Working with different internet service
provider (like comsats, nayatel, jazz) to manage the requirement of internet of different
departments in the organization.
