Re : New pay day schedule and payroll cut-off effective May 31, 2019

After careful evaluation the Management had decided to change the payroll cut-off effective this coming
pay day May 31, 2019.

We will implement semi-monthly payroll which will be released every 15th and 30th of the month.

Illustration of the schedule of pay day and payroll cut-off covered below;

 Pay day May 31 – payroll cut-off 05/06 to 05/20

 Pay day June 15 – payroll cut-off 05/21 to 06/05
 Pay day June 30 – payroll cut-off 06/06 to 06/20
 Pay day July 15 – payroll cut-off 06/21 to 07/05
 Pay day July 31 – payroll cut-off 07/06 to 07/20
