BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

HIGH INFINITY FIVE, a COMPANY duly registered at the

DEPARTMENT OF TRADE and INDUSTRY and existing under Philippine Law with address
at________________________________________________, herein represented by its
PRESIDENT and CEO Mr. Donato R. Mendoza and hereinafter referred to as the
“PROPONENT”;

-and-

Mrs_______________________, a bonafide businessman with address at

__________________________, hereinafter referred to as the “PARTNER”;

AKNOWLEDGEMENT That:

WHEREAS the PROPONENT is a COMPANY engage in Direct Selling Business Model combined
with Multi-Level Marketing Business Model:

WHEREAS the PROPONENT wishes to offer the HIGH INFINITY FIVE PARTNER with the
terms and conditions stated in this agreement;

WHEREAS the PARTNER is a bonafide businessman who has fully reviewed the HIGH INFINITY
FIVE BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM;

WHEREAS the PARTNER wishes to avail the HIGH INFINITY FIVE BUSINESS
PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM of the PROPONENT with the terms and conditions stated in this
agreement;

NOW THEREFORE, the parties have agreed to enter into this Business Partnership Agreement
whereby the parties abide under the terms and conditions contained herein:
 AND HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. Objective of the Partnership Agreement

The PROPONENT shall provide the income Incentives to the Partner as provided by the
HIGH INFINITY FIVE BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM with terms the
conditions stated in this agreement;

The PARTNERSHIP shall provide the Capital Infusion Amount to the PROPONENT
as stated in HIGH INFINITY FIVE BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM with
terms and conditions stated in this agreement;

2. Consideration
The PROPONENT shall have the exclusive decision-making rights for this
PROPONENT operations and marketing activities necessary for the success of its
business mode;

3. Obligation of the PARTNER

The PARTNER hereby undertakes to assume and performs the following acts:

a. The PARTNERSHIP shall provide the Capital Infusion Amount of ONE

HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 100,000.00) to the PROPONENT as stated
in HIGH INFINITY FIVE BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM and after the
signing of this agreement;

b. The PARTNER agrees to the Income Incentives offered by the HIGH INFINITY
FIVE BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM that the PROPONENT will
provide to the PARTNER in exchange for his/her capital infusions.

c. The PARTNER we will give 100% Money Back Guaranty after Six Months
provided by PROPONENT as to the guaranteed success of the PROPONENT’s
Business model;
5. The PROPONENT hereby undertakes to perform the following duties:
a. The PROPONENT shall provide and release the following Income Incentives to the
PARTNER on a weekly basis as stated below;

Income Incentive from the PROPONENT

i. The partner will be allowed to view this Admin Panel anytime at the
PROPONENT’s MLM Binary System. This Income incentive will be
released to the partner on a weekly basis.

i. The partner will be given P15 pesos income incentives for every Bulilit
Package Sold by the PROPONENT’s MLM Binary System.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The parties hereunto set their hands on the date and the place first
