Some basic ways to fight heart disease

Is it still a secret that we live in a world where it has almost

become natural to suffer with heart disease? Obviously not.
Slowly and gradually we have stepped into a world that never
refrains from targeting us, and especially our health, and heart.
What shall we do to solve the major problem the world is facing
today, it has almost become natural, there is nothing we can do
about it, eh?

Well, if those are the thought you have in your mind, then
maybe a quick rethinking would do, for we have come up with 6
basic ways to fight heart disease. First up, it is imperative that we
determine what threatens the most intrinsic part of our body,
the most. There are three certain villains we need to consider,
when it comes to our hearts- cholesterol, blood pressure levels
and diabetes, but fret not, what are we here for?

Here are the six measures you need to follow to keep heart
disease at bay.
1)Low sodium diet
Maintaining a low sodium diet has one of the most important
perks of all times. Low sodium level avoids high blood pressure,
and thus, reduces the chance of heart stories, some low sodium
dishes are- Banana Nut Oatmeal, Sunrise smoothie parfait, crispy
potato, hash browns, apple salad, less salt, more taste.

2) Limit intake of saturated fat

Saturated fat, which can also lead to diabetes, raises the level of
cholesterol in the blood, which can in turn increase the list of
cardiovascular disease
Some type of food with low level of saturated fats are- Baked,
boiled or grilled meat, fish, fat free milk, and green vegetables.

3) Exercise regularly
Even the moderate exercise make one’s heart beat faster. This
makes the body use the glucose in your blood stream and helps
in maintaining the blood sugar level.
Some aerobic exercise for this purpose are- Swimming, brisk
walking, stair climbing, bicycling, walkover treadmill.

4) Boost the level of potassium

Potassium controls the amount of sodium in one’s body and can
help preventing high blood pressure.
Some potassium rich foods are- cooked broccoli, cooked spinach,
bananas, potatoes.

5) Increase soluble fibre

Soluble fibre can reduce the absorption of cholesterol into the
bloodstream.
Food rich in soluble fibre are- Apples, pears, kidney beans,
Brussel sprouts.

6) Ban Trans fat

Trans fat increases the level of cholesterol in one’s body, in huge
amount. They increase the level of LDL (bad) cholesterol, and
lowers the level of HDL (good) cholesterol.
2 basic and intrinsic changes that one needs to make in their
diet, for this purpose are- Refrain from eating fried and baked
food.

Healthy life, happy life.
