1. Introduction
The Thenamaris Free Crew Internet Allowance Policy, effective from 1/1/2019, aims not only to fully
compensate the prepaid data consumption realized so far, but also to facilitate free and responsible
(using but not abusing) internet access on board.

The policy varies per vessel, depending on each vessel’s equipment and provider. Please refer to the
details stated below.

2. Vessels with Navarino VSAT

The free internet allowance is the following:

 2000 MB of data per month for Master and Chief Engineer

 1000 MB of data per month for all other crew members, including additional crew and
cadets
 300 MB of data per month for members of riding teams / technicians

Free allowance will expire and be renewed automatically on the first day of each month.

Each person can access his free internet allowance by using the following default credentials:

 Username: u + seaman code (for example: ‘u150394’)

 Password: seaman code (for example: ‘150394’)

Upon his first login, each person will be asked to change his password. This password will be valid
until his disembarkation. Password will be reset to default upon next re-embarkation.

If the free internet allowance is consumed within the month, the existing policy of buying data and
voice vouchers remains in force under the same terms and conditions.

3. Vessels with Navarino FBB (until switched to VSAT)

The free internet allowance is the following:

 400 MB of data per month for Master and Chief Engineer

 200 MB of data per month for all other crew members, including additional crew and cadets

Members of riding teams / technicians are excluded from the free internet allowance policy.

Free allowance will expire and be renewed automatically on the first day of each month.

Each person can access his free internet allowance by using the following default credentials:

4. Vessels with Marlink or SpeedCast VSAT

The free internet allowance is the following:

 2000 MB of data per month for Master and Chief Engineer

 1000 MB of data per month for all other crew members, including additional crew and
cadets
 300 MB of data per month for members of riding teams / technicians

Seamen will realize their free allowance in USD ($) equivalent instead of MB.

Free allowance will expire and be renewed automatically on the first day of each month.

The username for each person is: u + seaman code (for example: ‘u150394’)

Each time prior new persons’ embarkation, Master will receive an e-mail from Marlink containing
the passwords of the on-signers.

Upon his first login, each person will be asked to change his password. This password will be valid
until disembarkation. New password will be received upon next re-embarkation.

If the free internet allowance is consumed, seamen will be able to activate the prepaid data as well
as any voice vouchers through their existing account. Master may request PINs (vouchers) for extra
data or voice, by following the current process.
