Working In Business Porfolo Part B Intrepersonal Effectiveness

INTRODUCTION : The purpose of this portfolio is to reflect on how do I evaluate my

interpersonal effectiveness by covering analysis that I have been learning thought this unit. I

will firstly reflect on my interpersonal effectiveness, referring what are my strengths and my

weakness while working in a group, later on, I will discuss how acquiring the experience at

working in a groups, by focusing on some critical incidents, that has gave me the opportunity

to improve the way of how do I work with others, reflecting on this experience, i will refer

our team development based on Tuchman’s team development model, to provide a clear

understanding of how myself and my team develop interpersonal skills at working in teams.
2.0 INTREPERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS

According to Ellis, Richard (2009, p.25). “ a person that is interpersonal skilful ” is

reflected on that kind of individual that has the personality of do more than just simply listen

someone ideas, this means that people having to develop good interpersonal skills get the

ability to understand their internal and external qualities, abilities, and weakness, to be able

to understand and comprehend others. this means that the possibility of people being able to

get to know how they act, and do things by working in groups, developing interpersonal skills

allows individuals get to reflect what kind of things there are good at or need to improve by

sharing ideas and concepts with others, which according to this enables people to achieve

their future goals, while being more conscious about how they themselves to work with

others.

STARP template

while I was working in a team group, during the last four weeks , my reflection on Some

critical incidents which I recognized we as a team group have experienced during this whole

process are more related with hoe our group development was ejected from the beginning

based on Tuchman’s theory team development model .


Situation: I have had the experience in working I a team group during the las t four weeks

ago,

Task: we were required to do a research about how WSH is essential for majority of

companies to achieve the expected success , analysing all the aspects of what kind of

advantages, consequences our topic was important . Therefore to make this more effectively

we also we required to seek for strategies while working in groups to persuade our public by

doing an oral presentation, by doing this, how my interpersonal effectiveness were

developed, were reflected.
