Al momento de realizar las lecturas ( Filosofia del derecho – Breve historia de la idea del

derecho nacional: la excepción se hizo regla) podemos dar con la idea central de ambas,
que es el como la ciencia del derecho funciona dentro de una sociedad y regula el
comportamiento de las personas que se encuentren dentro de ella, se puede decir que el
derecho ha estado con el hombre desde la existencia de este dentro del planeta, pero que
con el pasar de los años, siglos, eras, la humanidad ha podido ver como se acoplo y acopla
a las distintas etapas en las que el se encuentra presente, el derecho para unos fue ciencia,
para otros llego a ser considerado arte, algunos decían que eran designios divinos que
venían por parte de un ser superior, pero la verdad es que el derecho es algo adherido a
cada persona del mundo desde el dia que nace, la existencia del derecho es simple, te
demuestra que tienes que vivir respetando los parámetros que el te pone, y que nunca
puedes dejar que alguien te los omita, en estas lecturas puedes ver que consisten en hacerte
un breve resumen de lo que el derecho es para la humanidad a lo largo de su historia y
hace que te des cuenta que sin la existencia de este, difícilmente podría existir una
humanidad como en la que estamos en nuestros días, busca demostrar la importancia de
este al momento de llevar a cabo una acción en cualquier ámbito social, nos enseña que
el derecho abarca todas las ciencias, las artes y culturas que han llegado a existir y existen,
y que es de suma importancia saber su historia, ya que sin conocimiento de esta, ejercerlo
se tornaria una tarea muy complicada para realizar. Para finalizar este breve resumen
señalaría que gracias a el derecho el hombre a logrado avanzar a lo largo de la historia ya
que gracias a el, ha podido razonar su forma de actuar dentro de la sociedad mas pequeña
hasta la sociedad mas grande que pueda existir, el tiempo avanzara y es seguro que el
derecho se acoplara de igual forma para las distintas sociedades y eras que vengan con
este.

teaches us that the law encompasses all sciences, arts and cultures that have come into
existence and exist, and that it is very important to know its history, since without
knowledge of it, exercising it would become a very complicated task to perform. To
conclude this brief summary, I would point out that thanks to the right, the man has
managed to move forward throughout history because, thanks to him, he has been able
to reason his way of acting within the smallest society to the largest society that may
exist, time will advance and it is certain that the law will be coupled in the same way for
the different societies and ages that come with it.
