SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, JANICE B. CACAYURAN AND MANUEL O. FONTANILLA, all of legal ages,

Filipino, and both residents of Brgy. Gonzales, Tubao, La Union, do hereby appoint, name and
constitute HAROLD P. ESTACIO likewise of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of
Brgy. San Nicolas West, Agoo, La Union Philippines, to be our exclusive, true and lawful
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, and for that purpose, in our name and in our behalf, to do and
perform all or any of the following acts, deeds, and things, to wit:

1. To represent us, for and in our behalf, in processing the necessary documents
with the concerned government agencies, more particularly with the Bureau of
Internal Revenue, Registry of Deeds, Assessor’s Office and other government
agencies, in order that we may effect the transfer of a real property unto our
name, as per TCT NO 025-2018002703, Lot No. 2905-A, hereto attached is the
deed of sale;
2. To act on our behalf and represent us to obtain and/or facilitate a copy of our
TIN Number with the Office of the BIR;
3. To follow up and request for the necessary documents, execute, pay the fees
and taxes required, sign any and all documents and papers as well as
claim/receive for and in my behalf said documents from the concerned
agencies;
4. To act on our behalf and represent us in processing the transfer of the above-
mentioned real property and to sign, pick up and/or receive said transfer and
other pertinent papers from the abovementioned government agencies; and
5. To do any and all acts in order to accomplish the abovementioned acts and
deeds.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done
in and about the premises, as fully as to all intents and purposes as I may could lawfully do
if personally present with all the power of substitution or revocation and hereby RATIFYING
and CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT or his substitute can lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue thereof.
