TO
EMERGENT CIRCULAR FOR ALL CONCERNED REGARDING
OPENING OF SEALED PACKETS OF QUESTION PAPERS OF D.El.Ed
PART - I EXAMINATION - 2017 - 2019 UNDER MEMO NO.
155/BPE/D.El.Ed./2019 Date: 12/06/2019
All concerned are hereby directed further, to add the following clauses to the ending
sentence of the second paragraph in the EMERGENT CIRCULAR under Memo No.
155 /BPE/D.El.Ed/2019, Date: 12/06/2019:
i. The names and roll numbers of three examinees in that hall should be written on
the sealed packet/s of the question papers.
ii. Those three examinees will put their signatures & thumb impressions with time
and date against their names before opening the sealed packet/s at 11:45 a.m.
iii. The Centre Superintendent should email the scanned cover/s with signatures of
all concerned including the signatures & thumb impressions of the three
examinees (Hall Wise) within half an hour from the commencement of
Examination, i.e. within 12:30 p.m.
