PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. PROJECT TITLE: SEARCH FOR MR. & MS. INTRAMURAL 2019

VI. Rationale:

Sport is part of the curriculum which shall be developed among pupils together with
academics. In the month of August, Intramural is set in all public schools of Tabaco City
Division. These involved different sports events and games.

To address the needs, the school has to come up with a way on how to construct a
new feeding area which will be use during feeding program. A program “Search for Mr. and
Ms. Intramural 2019” is a contest that will help to build and realize the target project of the
school.

VII. Objectives:

This program aims to:

a. Develop sportsmanship and camaraderie among pupils through beauty contest.


b. Raised fund for the target project which is the construction of Feeding Area.

VIII. Project Description:

The Search for Mr. and Ms. Intramural 2019 of Basud Elementary School for the
school year 2019-2020 is an action project which aimed to raised fund for the
construction of Feeding Area. The project will be implemented in line with the school
intramural which will be on August 15-16, 2019. The 20% criteria of this competition
will be in a form of money contest wherein the one with the highest raised amount will
win the “People’s Choice Award”. The contestants are from Kindergarten to Grade Six
Pupils who are interested to join. There will be a one canvassing which will be held on
August 14, 2019 before the school intramural. The parents, teachers, stakeholders
and the school head shall be involved in the project. After the canvassing, the raised
amount will be turn over to the Treasurer of the Faculty. The said amount will serve as
standing fund in making the official feeding area of the school.
