"PROVISION OF HIGHER EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE
STUDENTS OF BALOCHISTAN AND FATA (PHASE-II)’’

Dear Ms. Rizwana,

The Higher Education Commission is pleased to inform you that you have been provisionally
selected for the award of scholarship for Undergraduate Program under HEC Scholarship Program
‘Provision of Higher Education Opportunities for the Students of Balochistan and FATA (Phase-II)’. You
are advised to send following documents till 5th May 2017 by registered post or courier service to the
undersigned:

 Verified photocopy of Domicile Certificate of Scholars and His/ Her Father/Guardian by Executive
District Revenue Officer/Political Agent.
 Attested photocopy of Admission/Reference letter of University.
 For provisionally selected candidates who haven’t secured admission yet are required to secure
admission in Spring 2017 session in any Public Sector University or College or Private University
or College of W-Category in Pakistan to avail this scholarship.
 Legal documents (Attached with this letter).
 Invoice Performa filled/attested by Respective University/College (Attached with this letter).
 Please submit only those documents which are not already sent.
 Provisionally selected candidates who are availing any other scholarships at Undergraduate
level will automatically be cancelled.

Very Important:

The offer of scholarship award will be confirmed through a final award letter; which will be issued
after submission of above mentioned documents. If you are unable to submit the documents by 5th May
2017, the provisional scholarship award will stand withdrawn/ cancelled without giving any
reminder etc. and you will have no right to seek any remedy from any court of law. Moreover, you are
required to secure admission in case you are not enrolled in any Institute.
