Course Description:
The theoretical and historical underpinnings of Public Administration in the Philippines, the activities and dynamics of the Philippine Administrative system,
and the global as well as national contexts that impinge its operations.
Course Objectives:
1. Explain the theoretical perspectives of Public Administration in the Philippines; 2. Discuss the historical beginnings, processes, values and operating
features of the Philippine Administrative system; and 3. Apply theories and concepts of PAS in the critical analysis of problems and various issues
affecting the system.
