Proposal Conditions;
a) Your offer should be valid for 90 days from
04/08/2019. b) We require your offer on or before
11/08/2019.
c) Your offer must be solely based on the RFP documents and should be
free
of any qualifications. Should you wish to submit an alternative offer, and
then such offer must be additional to and completely separate
from the unqualified offer.
d) The complete set of proposed drawings are available with this
RFP.
e) Contractor must submit his company profile, which includes details
of similar type of project executed and ongoing projects. Any client

f) Completed offer must be submitted in a sealed envelope on the
above prescribed closing date. The company seal & signature must be
there in all pages of RFP.
g) No verbal or telephonic conversation is
allowed.

Proposed Construction of Public Building (Phase - 2).

The scope of work to be consider:

• Grid considered for Phase-2 will be, N-A & 1-6.
• Substructure works - Earthworks, Footings, columns,
Plinth beams, Grade slab etc as detailed in the BOQ.
• Superstructure works - All floor Column, slab/beams,
Block work Masonry excluding finishes.
• MEP Installations - Excluded.
• Provide rate only for Day works.
• Provided Bill of items are tentative, contractor expected
to study the drawings conjunction with the provided
BOQ. If any Omission/addition to the BOQ to be
considered separately at end of BOQ pages with
proper backup documents.
• Contract will lumpsum and contractor cannot claim for
any variation unless drawings has been revised.
• Upon qualification, contractor will have to present their
organization chart, Project plan and also contractor will
have to follow all procedures as per Al Tasnim HSE Policy.
