Test names:

Data entry and analysis were done by SPSS version 20

Quantitative data were demonstrated by Mean ± SD while qualitative data

were demonstrated by frequency distribution and percentages.

Student T-test and paired T test were used to analyze the differences
between 2 groups of continuous variables.

One way ANOVA test was used to analyze differences between more than 2
groups of continuous variables.

Chi square test and Fischer exact test were used to analyze differences
between categorical variables.

Z score was used to analyze differences between 2 percentages.

A statistically significant level was considered when p-value was less than
0.05.

Graphics were done by Excel Microsoft office 2010.
