Cherish the memories you have shared with your classmates and friends. Foster
the relationships you have formed because they have helped achieve your goals and
inspired you to dream. Be thankful to your mentors and teachers for imparting their
knowledge and guiding you all throughout. Thank your parents for the privilege of
education. Make the community proud of you, dear graduates. Above all, be grateful to
the One above who made all these possible.

Our Province's development framework is also geared towards the promotion of

quality education as we believe education can help attain our primordial goal of
addressing poverty. Our Provincial Government has continuously offered scholarship
programs for financially-challenged but deserving students such as the CPG Scholarship
Program and Educational Assistance/Subsidy Program. Likewise, to help our students
and parents, we are giving the opportunity to learn and earn through our Special
Program for the Employment of Students (SPES).

This is my challenge to you, dear graduates, be the change you want to see in the
community. Make a difference! You are the future and the hope of our Motherland.
