I, Pat JAYSON DELOS SANTOS, of legal age, single, a police officer of the
Valenzuela City PNP Station and with postal address at PCP-2, Paso De Blas,
Valenzuela City, after having duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state
that:
1. That on August 02, 2019, Ely Mirando approached our station to report a robbery
with stabbing incident involving his friend, Kevin Regensberger and two male, ALVIN
OBREGON alias “Tuklaw” and CHRISTIAN PINEDA alias “Boypak” in the side skirts of
Puregold Paso De Blas in Brgy. Paso De Blas, Valenzuela City at around 1:00 AM of the
same date;
2. That according to his affidavit, he was walking with his friend Kevin along the side
skirts of Puregold when they were suddenly intercepted and pointed at with knives by the
two males Alvin and Christian. The two threatened them and asked them of their
belongings. Ely gave his bag immediately to avoid being stabbed while his friend Kevin
refused to give his belongings and tried to fight back angering Alvin and Christian in the
process.
3. That during the incident, his friend Kevin was stabbed by both Alvin and Christian
in the chest and stomach many times resulting in a mortal wound that caused his
immediate death, after so Ely then took the chance to escape and report to our PNP
Station;
4. That I am attaching the Affidavit of Ely Mirando together with the police report,
medical certificate, death certificate and pictures of the crime scene.
5. That I voluntary executed this complaint for purposes of filing criminal charges
against ALVIN OBREGON alias “Tuklaw” and CHRISTIAN PINEDA alias “Boypak”.

INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses ALVIN OBREGON alias “Tuklaw” and CHRISTIAN

PINEDA alias ‘Boypak”, a resident of Paso De Blas Valenzuela, Philippines, for the

complex crime of Robbery with Homicide under

Article 294 paragraph 1 Robbery with Homicide of the Revised Penal Code;

That at around 01:00 o’clock in the dawn of August 2, 2019, along the side skirts

of Puregold Paso De Blas, Valenzuela City and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable

Court, the two (2) accused, conspiring and confederating with each other, and helping

one another, did then and there willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously, with intent to gain

and by means of force, violence and intimidation, to wit: by accosting Ely Mirando and

Kevin Regensberger at the side skirts of Puregold Paso de Blas, Valenzuela City and

unlawfully take, steal and carry away their bag which contained their cellular phone and

wrist watch, and thereafter when Kevin resisted, Alvin and Christian then stabbed him

with a knife for several times on the chest and stomach, thereby inflicting upon the

deceased mortal wounds on the chest which were the direct cause of his death and

making Ely Mirando having the chance to escape.
