Freemasonry Related Issues/Concerns:

1. Submission of Reports
a. If the Lodge can submit GLP reports thru e-mail/ on-line
submission
2. Issue regarding the Geographical Distance of 5 Lodges
a. There are only 2 DGL’s for the 5 Lodges. The province of Kalinga
and Apayao have only 1 DGL. It is a four to five hour travel.
b. We are suggesting to revert the allocation of DGL’s to 3 so that
each province in the district would properly be represented.
3. Resolution from Bontoc Lodge Number 140 to
a. Resolution No. 3 - A resolution Humbly Requesting Most
Worshipful Tomas Rentoy III to consider conducting IMES course
in Mountain Province.
b. Resolution No. 4 – A resolution to Fast Track Commisioning of
the Brethren who completed IMES Course to be authorized as
resource speakers during conduct of IMES Course.
Both resolutions are attached in this report.

I always endeavor by all means to faithfully attend and be present in the

monthly stated meetings of the 5 lodges belonging to my district despite the
challenge of the distance which I have to painstakingly travel. This is one of the
means to personally see to it that the programs of our Most Worshipful Grand
Master are strictly observed. Serving as the bridge between the Brethren of my
District and the Grand Master, with open heart, I cater to the needs, and
address pressing issues and concerns of the brethren and bring it to the Grand
Master’s attention.

In our District, we always promote the importance of teamwork and

cooperation in dealing with the various challenges we face in all our Masonic
endeavors. Individualism, pride and self-serving interests are deterrence in
promoting “A REVITALIZED, RELEVANT, AND REVERED PHILIPPINE MASONRY.”

On behalf of my DGL’s, GLI’s and all the officers and members of Masonic
District CAR-A, allow me to say, “Mabuhay tayong lahat, MABUHAY ANG
MASONARYA SA PILIPINAS.”
