WHEREAS, communication plays a vital role in the lives of people, in their daily activity and in
fostering connectivity, camaraderie and close and strong ties among friends, relatives, and families,

WHEREAS, distant communication and correspondence need available and accessible media for
people to engage in conversation, receive and reach out important information and ideas,

WHEREAS, Brgy. San Antonio, and its adjacent barangays namely; Bagacay, Sta. Lourdes, Fabrica,
Olandia and San Vicente have no easy access to and has difficulty catching bars for network signals on the spot
where one stands,

WHEREAS, online transaction defrays people from paying high cost of and saving them from tiring
personal business transactions/ dealings,

WHEREAS, San Antonio National High School needs a stable network signal to activate the computers
supplied by the DepEd for the continuing DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) for educational and other
related purposes,

 WHEREAS, national, regional and division memoranda are now downloaded online and submission of
reports in DepEd likewise is now done online,

WHEREAS, it has been of public knowledge that the SMART COMMUNICATION is well known to
have sporadically erected cell sites all over the country,

WHEREFORE, foregoing premises considered, the BARANGAY OFFICIALS OF BRGY. SAN

ANTONIO, AND THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF SAN ANTONIO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
FACULTY CLUB resolve as it is hereby resolved to ARDENTLY REQUEST SMART
COMMUNICATION TO PUT UP CELL SITE AT BRGY. SAN ANTONIO, BARCELONA,
SORSOGON.

Done and approved in a special session by San Antonio National High School Faculty and Staff and the
Brgy. officials of San Antonio, Barcelona, Sorsogon this 9th day of August, 2019 as attested by their signature
