Please note that there is no airport Meet & Greet service in Singapore for crew members arriving the day prior to embarkation day. Upon
arrival at the Airport, please ready your print Flight itinerary details with hotel information and approach the staff at the “Ground Transport
Desk” for the complimentary shuttle service to hotel . The staff at the “Ground Transport Desk” will inform the Hotel Representative and
direct you to the coach bay.

Transportation to the Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel: If you are staying at this hotel, please use the complimentary shuttle offered by the
Grand Mercure Roxy. Upon arrival at the Airport, please approach the staff at the “Ground Transport Desk” for the complimentary shuttle
service to hotel. The staff at the “Ground Transport Desk” will inform the Hotel Representative and direct you to the coach bay. The Hotel
Representative mobile number is +65 9138 7308 .

Transportation to the Ibis Novena Hotel: If you are staying at this hotel, please approach the staff at the “Ground Transport Desk” and
advise them you work with Royal Caribbean and are stating at the Ibis Novena, they will guide you to the complimentary shuttle
contracted by the company.

In the event that you are unable to locate the GTD, they could get assistance from the Information counter of respective Terminal.

After your check-in at the desk and verification by the counter staff, you will be advised of the coach number and location of the coach.
