MISSION
To prepare students to create their future in a knowledge-driven and culturally diverse
society.

- Rizal technological University will mold the students to become the best version
of their self by guiding and supporting them mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The
university is advance in having a quality of education in technology to equip the students
professionally, as a proof the University provided top students during the board exam
especially in the college of engineering and Education. In terms of gender orientation the
University treated fairly and equally the third sex to avoid gender biases and
discrimination wherein they provide comfort room for LGBTQ community.
VISION
A prominent University recognized for its commitment to innovative programs in
addressing society’s challenges.

-The first University that offer BS Astronomy in the history of the Philippines. RTU
also known as a competitive university in terms of sports as a basis of this statement the
university always rank as an overall champion in PASOA AND PAASUC. The University
also provides Students internationally to compete their research in some part of
Southeast Asia.
PHILOSOPHY

The Rizal Technological University believes in nurturing the creative potentials of Filipinos
to excel in a dynamic world order and advocates commitment to global peace and
sustainable development along with sense of moral responsibility and cultural patronage.

-The RTU nurture students to become a useful citizen in the different fields by
providing a high caliber teachers, engineers, and etc. Filipinos are known as an intelligent
and wise people, but for some reason many of us cannot afford a quality education and
the University will help students through the help of National Government to provide a
free education for all.

INSTITUTE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION

GOALS
The Institute of physical education develops three goals that are continuum of the existing
RTU goals and will sharpen the focus of the department on students’ achievement over
the next five years as the Rizal Technological university continues on the path to
excellence.
Goals 1- Students Achievement
-The University aims to provide students that are competitive in many fields
especially in sports.
Goals 2- Fiscal Responsibility
-Though the university provides a free tuition/education, the students must take
responsible in providing their self needs like P.E uniform and books.
Goals 3- Stakeholders Communicators
- The liquidation and transparency of businesses that is relating to money.

OBJECTIVES
BACHEOLAR OF SCIENCE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION

1. To prepare the students to become world-class physical education teachers, coaches,

trainers, and dance fitness instructors and administrators.
2. To inoculate physical awareness among practitioners, students, and members of the
community
3. To develop the students and practitioners as partners of government in producing a
healthy citizenry and implementers of the programs of local and international sports
organizations.
 - The first objective of the BS Physical Education is to produce graduates that will
make a name in their chosen career. The second is spreading awareness about physical
fitness not only to the students and practitioner but also in bringing it to the community.
The third objective is building connection to the government that will provide healthy
citizenry by means of seminars and community services. The BS Physical education aims
to provide student that will excel on their chosen career not just here in the Philippines
but internationally
