5. Change the injection valve and the re-assemble by reverse order.

2-2. SFS Nozzle check

1) Go to maint.4 and then Push the “SV” button to decrease temperature of injection heater.
2) Change the setting value to 10degree and then push the ‘enter, button.
3) Push the ‘change’ button to confirm the setting value.
4) Check the temperature of injection heater.
If the temperature fall down less than 40 degree, try to check the SFS Nozzle.

2-2. SFS Nozzle check

1) After unfasten the Clamp, disassemble the SFS Nozzle.

2) Block the hole using blank, and then try to vacuum & leak test

3) If vacuum value is normal & no leak, need to check SFS Nozzle for finding a leakage.
(If not, you need to check others parts)

1) Unfasten the Clamp.


2) After checking High temp. centering, replace
High temp. centering if it is not good condition.
3) After removing heater supporting bolt,
disassemble heater & temp.sensor to arrow mark
direction.
4) After removing 4 wrench bolts, disassemble
injection port & SFS Nozzles body.
5) After checking heat resisting O-ring, replace it
if it is not good.

2-3. Check the connecting part of Vent valve

1) After unfasten the clamp, disassemble the TEE pipe.


2) Block the hole using blank, and the try to do
Vacuum & leak test
3) If vacuum value is normal & no leakage, need to replace
3 parts that is connected to clamp or TEE pipe part.

Caution
In this case you can’t vent at maint mode because vent valve
TEE pipe Clamp is not connected to chamber, so need to vent slowly with
hand

2-4. Check the connecting part of pressure gauge

1) Unfasten the clamp that is connected to pressure gauge, and then disassemble the Elbow.
2) Connect the pressure gauge directly to the hole
3) Try to do Vacuum & leak test.
4) If vacuum value is normal & no leak, check the clamp & elbow and replace it if it is not
good condition.

3-1. Check the pressure gauge

◆ In case of using Calibration kit

“U” pipe

1) After disassemble the used pressure gauge, connect “U type pipe” like picture.
2) Connect reference gauge to A line & used gauge to B line.
3) Make a vacuum for 5 minutes.
4) After press the DSP button , check the monitor → “A” is reference gauge value, “B” is used gauge value,
“C” is “ A-B”
5) If “A-B” value is less than 200mT, it is normal
1) If “A-B” value is over than 200mT, adjust “C” value to about “0” by adjusting zero point of used gauge.

3-1. Check the pressure gauge

◆ In case of doesn’t have Calibration kit

1) Use a new pressure gauge as reference gauge.

2) After make a vacuum for 5 minutes with used gauge and then make a note the vacuum value
not to forget it.

3) After disassemble the pressure gauge, assemble the new pressure gauge in there, and then make a
Vacuum for 5minutes and also make a note it.

4) Re-assemble the used gauge and then make a vacuum.


After vacuum, change present vacuum value to reference value that made a noted by adjusting
zero point.

3-2. Check the Vacuum Valve

◆ If Vacuum Valve is not opened, Error 1 can be occurred.

1) Go to Maint mode, and then push the vacuum valve.


And check the solenoid working sound

2) If you cannot hear solenoid sound, check the input voltage(+24v)


of Vacuum Valve.

◆ Poor performance of Vacuum Pump


☞ if the vacuum value doesn’t fall down less than 400mmT /5 min

1) Check the working Ampere of Vacuum pump without load (standard value is 4.5A ~ 6A)
After making a vacuum for 3 minutes, measure the value with hook meter

2) If the measured value is over than standard value, check the pump condenser.

→After changing pump oil, check the vacuum value.


→ If the vacuum value doesn’t decrease by base value, it need to be replaced Vacuum pump.

◆ After complete sterilizing, if user doesn’t remove used sterilant cassette,
and then reuse it , the error 2 occurs.

3. How to change needle

1. Hold the backside union with spanner and then unfasten the front union
with other spanner.
2. Remove the used needle.
3. Insert the new needle and fasten both union again.

6. Pressure gauge & Vacuum Valve

1) If the vacuum value change rapidly, pressure gauge need to be changed.

2) If as soon as sterilizing cycle starts, the vacuum values is “0”, , pressure gauge need to be changed

3) After hydrogen Peroxide is injected to chamber , if the vacuum value falls down from 20T to 0 slowly,
vacuum valve need to be changed because vacuum valve has a leakage.

4) Count a second to reach 20460mT.
5) If it can be reached within 80seconds, injection
valve is normal.

◆ Cause
- This error occurs when user notices problem and presses Cancel button.

◆ Action
- If you push ‘STOP ’ or “Cancel” button during the process,
it will be carried out as FINISH processing.
Don’t Open the door during FINISH processing
to protect user from vapor hydrogen peroxide in the chamber.
If you push ‘stop’ button before sterilizing 1 process,
It will take 1min for FINISH processing.
But if you push ‘stop’ button after sterilizing 1 process,
It will take 13min for FINISH processing.
And you can open the door after FINISH processing.

Error 4(Check the vacuum pump)

◆ Cause
- This error occurs due to abnormality of pump in any section during the process.
.
◆ Action
Oil inlet
1. Check result on printer paper.
2. Check Pump oil level(not Min) and color
(Transparent→Turbid).
3. Check the ampere with current measuring tool.
If on the current measuring tool it shows 4.5 ~ 6 ampere,
pump is damaged. Oil outlet
(How to check)
1) Hook tool to blown color electric line on EOCR.
2) Activate Pump in maintenance mode by manual.
3) Check ampere value on current measuring tool.

4. When activates pump if it is not working and show error4 on the monitor,
check pump condenser inside of pump circuit box.
As opens pump circuit box if condenser is broken like picture, pump must be changed.

◆ Cause
- This error occurs when the chamber temperature or front/rear door temperature
reaches over 58 degree and the injection heater temperature reaches over 220
degree

.◆ Action
- 1. Check printer paper result.
2. Check temperature on the Maint.4 screen
to check temperature on setting value (SV)
and Process Value (PV).
* Don’t turn off the machine when you check.
3. Check the SSR status. If the SSR is “turn ON”- short,
The heater is always working. Exchange the SSR Board.

4. Check the Heater Resistance working well or not.
ⓐ How to check chamber heater resistance (60Ω/ ±10%)

If it is shown infinity on multimeter it means that electric line is gone or short.


Change or find short position.
ⓑ How to check injection heater resistance (400Ω/ ±10%)

ⓒ How to check injection heater resistance (160Ω/ ±10%)

◆ Cause
- This error occurs when the chamber temperature does not reach over 45 degree
and vaporizer temperature does not reach over 145 degree(in case of front/rear door
temperature setting value is 40degree)

◆ Action
- 1. Check printer paper result.
2. Check controller to check temperature on controller
after taking out right side outer cover.
3. Check how many time machine has been warming up.
At least 2~3hours must be heated up.
* Don’t turn off the machine when you check.

4. Check the Heater Resistance working well or not.
ⓐ How to check chamber heater resistance (60Ω/ ±10%)

5. Check the Heater SSR . If the SSR is “broken” or disconnection, The heater is not
working. Exchange the SSR Board or tighten the wires.

Alarm 1 (Sterilant cassette is not inserted)
◆ Cause
- This alarms occurs when user push the start button without inserting sterilant cassette
at user mode.

◆ Action
1. Insert RENO-SA10 cassette into sterilant injection part.
2. HPS Sensor wire connection loosen or disconnection.
3. Check the HPS sensor damaged or position deformed. (If necessary, replace it)

Alarm 2 (Remove sterilant cassette)

◆ Cause
- This alarm occurs when user push the start button with inserting sterilant cassette
at self test mode.

◆ Action
1. Remove RENO-SA10 cassette from the sterilant cart with Self-Test operation.
2. HPS Sensor wire connection short.
3. Check the HPS sensor damaged or position deformed(If necessary, replace it)

Alarm 3 & Alarm 4(front/rear door is not closed)

◆ Cause
- these alarms occurs when door up sensor didn’t detect the signal or door lock
sensor didn’t detect the signal.
◆ Action(Alarm 3)
1. The front door is not closed.
Close the front door.
2. Check the maint. 3 screen
and close/open front door by manual.
If the Alarm 12 happens,
the problem is front door up (FDU) Sensor.
① Check the FDU Sensor wire connection (FUD or RDU Sensor)
② FDU sensor damaged or position deformed.
(If necessary, replace it)
3. If the Alarm 14 happens,
the problem is Front Door lock sensor(DLS1).
① Check the DLS1 sensor wire connection.
② DLS1 Sensor wire connection is deformed or is damaged
(If necessary, adjust the sensor position or replace the sensor)
※ in case of Alarm 4, you can check the RDU sensor or
DLS2 sensor (DLS1 or DLS2)

Alarm 5 & Alarm 6(rear/front door is opened)

◆ Cause
- These alarms occurs when user tried to open the door with the opposite door
is opened or Door plate detection sensor didn’t detect the signal.

◆ Action(Alarm 5)
1. Close the Rear door and then open the front door.
2. If the rear door is closed but door indicator is opened,
① check the Rear Door Lock sensor (DLS II ) sensor wire connection.
② Check the DLS II sensor is damaged or it’s position deformed.
(If necessary, replace it)
※ in case of Alarm 6, you can check the DLS I sensor.

Alarm 7(Check the chamber pressure)

◆ Cause
- This alarm occurs when user try to open the door at vacuum state,

Go to Maint 2 screen, the PV value must be higher than SV value


1. Change the SV value(the difference of both value must be higher than 30mbar.
2. Check the VTV(exhaust valve) connection.
3. Check the Hepa filter is damaged or is blocked

※ Atmospheric pressure is different by the weather


and installation location (elevation).
If the PV(Process value) is lower than SV(Setting value),
doors are not opened and go to alarm 7.
So Atmospheric pressure could calibration
by SV(Setting Value) touching. Recommend value

Alarm 8(Air pressure low)
◆ Cause
- This alarm occurs when air tank pressure value is lower than 3.5 bar.

1. Check the Comp. pressure is lower than 3.5bar on the monitor mode(Y)
-> Check compressor or output air pressure.
2. Check the Air pressure Gauge problems.
3. Check the Air pressure leakage. (by using sound or water bubble)
4. Check the compressor and if necessary, replace it

Alarm 9(Power Outage)
◆ Cause
- This alarm occurs when main power is suddenly cut off or user turn off the main s/w

1. Check the power outage occurrence.

1) if the power outage occurs during sterilizing process


① Go to ‘home’ screen and then select ‘Non lumen cycle’
② Select ‘start’ button.
③ If the process is completed or error2 occurs, remove the sterilant cassette.
④ Insert the new sterilant cassette.
⑤ Continue the sterilizing process.
2) If the power outage occurs during user doesn’t using it.
☞ you can use the unit as normal state.

3) In case of more than 1hours after power outage.


☞ you can wait at less 10minutes or at maximum 2hours.

Alarm 10 (Check front door motor)/ Alarm 11(check rear door motor)
◆ Cause
- This alarm occurs when front door motor is damaged or happens over current

◆ Action(alarm 10)

1.Push the ALMRST button at Maint 3.


2.open or close the front door.
3.If alarm occurs again, refer as below.
4.check the front door servo driver and then if any error message occurs,
contact to Renosem.
① Ano-00 Emergency stop: check the DC24V
② Ano-01 Over current : check the power, reset or replacement
③ Ano-03 Over Load : check the motor connection.
④ Ano-05 Line Fail: overload of ENCORD,, check the oveload or motor connection.
⑤ Ano-07 Follow ERR: Check the Gain, pulse of frequency, Encord, motor connection.

※ In case of Alarm 11, you can motor check rear door

Alarm 12 & Alarm 13(emergency stop(front/rear door))

◆ Cause
- These alarms occurs when Door up(down) limit sensor detected the signal because
door up/down sensor couldn’t detect the signal.

◆ Action(Alarm 12)
1. Push the ALMRST button at Maint 3.
If the alarm happens again, the problem is caused by FDU(Front Door Up) Sensor
or FDD (Front Door Down)sensor didn’t detect the signal.
① Check the FDU& FDD Sensor cable
② Remove the Side deco B cover, and then check the FDU& FDD sensor.
if the sensor is damaged, replace it.
③ to remove the alarm signal, you can remove the FEA(Front door emergency Alarm)
if you remove the this signal cable, you can move the door. And then, connect FEA
signal cable again.

※ In case of Alarm 13, you can check FDU & FDD, REA signal cable.

Alarm 14 & Alarm 15(check front/rear door cylinder)

◆ Cause
- These alarms occurs when Door Lock Sensor (front/rear) did not detect a signal
because of low pressure of compressor or temporary missing sensor position.

◆ Action(Alarm 14)
1. Open &Close the Front door with a foot switch.
2. Check the pressure of compressor & main regulator
(it must be more than 4.0 bar)
① if not, check the air line of compressor has a leakage or not.
(If necessary, replace a compressor)
3. Check the front door lock (DLS I ) sensor connection.
4. Check the DLS I sensor position deformed or the sensor
& sensor bracket is damaged
※ in case of Alarm 15, you can check the DLS II sensor.

1. Unscrew clamp connected oil mist trap
2. Unscrew oil Inlet plug.

4. Turn off Drain Valve after oil out.

2. Replace carbon filter.

2. How to replace Heat-resisting O-ring

Unscrew it
※ Caution
Down the injection Vaporizer Temperature before handle the vaporizer.
On the temperature controller
Press Set button. → down the temperature with arrow button.
After 10 minutes, check temperature goes down, then handle vaporizer.

2. How to replace Heat-resisting O-ring

1. Loosen 4 bolts using with wrench.


2. Replace Heat resisting O-ring.
3. Reassemble all parts in reverse order.

2. How to change injection Valve (Sintec)

◆ Sintec type

1. Unscrew nuts. 2. Separate Union. 3. On the bottom side,


unscrew fixed 4 bolt on bracket.

6. Replace injection valves


7. Reassemble in reverse order.

4. Take out the below union. 5. Unscrew 2 injection valve supporting bolts

3. How to change HEPA filter

1. Grab Hepa Filter body, turn in a counter-clockwise direction, then take out Hepa Filter.
2. To replace a new HEPA Filter, turn in a clockwise.

Caution: Arrow must be in a down direction when HEPA Filter is replaced.

4. How to change Door gasket

1. Enter the maint mode No. 3 screen.


2. Open a opposite side door.
Push icons by the manual. First push OUT icon
to unlock the other door. And push DOWN icon.
3. Unlock the door that fall out gasket.
Push OUT icon.
4. Turn off the main power switch for cooling Temp.
5. Half hour later, put the door gasket on the door
track through the opened other door.

6. After finishing the door gasket putting, Turn on the power.
And Lock (=Press IN icon) and doing the self-test.
You must check the vacuum in the chamber.

4. How to change Door gasket

When you replace door gasket, removing the air layer is very important.
If there is remaining air gap, there is possibility gasket would be off.
So, put the gasket on the door track and remove the air layer like following picture.

1. Put and push the gasket on the door track. Door gasket size is different the width and length.
Check the direction.
2. Push 45 degree on the gasket one direction with head of screwdriver.
And then the air layer gathers some point.
3. Put and incline the small thin flat screwdriver on the gap between gasket and door track. Remove
the air layers on the gap. And push & put the door gasket. Do that all door gasket surface.
4. Repeat 2 and 3 several times
