B. INTRODUCTION:
The module deals with the skills and knowledge required from housekeeping attendants to clean and prepare rooms for incoming guests
in a commercial accommodation establishment.
As a hotel room attendance housekeeping competence would play critical role in being successful on the job. In this module you will
undergo various learning activities aimed at providing experience that simulates workplace realities. To achieve this you are to turn in the
requirements of the course and succeed in the institutional assessment.
