Re: Endorsement Letter for the candidacy of Ms. Ester Megumi “Meg” Vilela
Dear Presidents,
I, Jack Rollan S. Anino, former Member Committee Vice President for External
Relations of AIESEC Cambodia and former Local Committee President of AIESEC in Davao,
hereby submits this Recommendation Letter as my official endorsement of the candidacy of
Ms. Ester Megumi “Meg” Vilela to the position of Member Committee Vice President for
Talent Management of AIESEC in the Philippines.
Meg was previously the Local Committee Vice President of AIESEC Davao and the
AIESEC Campus President for our Guzman (Central Davao) Area. Under her management
are three different schools and universities that are part of the “greater AIESEC Davao”. With
her leadership, AIESEC Davao has expanded to more schools and area. I have seen her recruit,
keep, manage and develop new members who have not heard and known AIESEC before it
was presented to them. She is one of the very few who are responsible for the growth and
expansion of AIESEC Davao to be a truly city-based Local Committee. I have seen her manage
people and it comes natural for her. Meg knows when to listen and when to speak. Meg knows
when to keep the momentum and when there is need for a change. Meg knows that she can
take advantage of the gains that were sown in the Talent Management in the last years and
she is more than ready to continue it.
She is the best person to lead that Department in the next term.
