EARNEST MONEY RECEIPT AGREEMENT

WE, ________________________, and


_____________________________(hereinafter referred to as the [“SELLERS”]) (of
legal ages, Filipino, single, and widow, respectively, both residing at Brgy. San
Manuel, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan), received from
____________________________________(of legal age, Filipino, and residing at 166-A
Villarosa RD. Bancao-Bancao, Puerto Princsa City, Palawan) (hereinafter referred
to as the [“BUYER”]), the amount of
_________________________________representing the EARNEST MONEY for the
sale of a parcel of land consisting of______________________________________, more
or less, located in _____________________________________covered
by____________________________________________.

1. This EARNEST MONEY forms part of the purchase price of


________________________________________________;

2. The BUYER shall pay the Balance of


___________________________________________through a continuous
monthly installment of _________________________________________at the
end of each month or until June 2020. During which time, the
SELLERS are prohibited to sell the property to third Parties, unless the
BUYER failed to pay three continuous monthly payment to the
SELLERS;

3. After full payment of the balance of


______________________________________the SELLERS and the other co-
owner, namely_________________________, and
_______________________________________shall execute a Deed of
Absolute Sale of said property in favor of the BUYER. The SELLERS
has the responsibility and obligation to ensure and cause the execution
of said Deed of Absolute Sale;

4. Upon execution of the Deed of Absolute Sale, the BUYER shall


undertake the payment of all taxes and expenses including but not
limited to the payment of the CAPITAL GAINS TAX, DOCUMENTARY
STAMP TAX, and ATTORNEYS FEE;

5. The PARTIES agree, however, that the survey fee shall be paid by both
PARTIES equally.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 4th day of
June 2019 at Puerto Princesa City.
