II. Submission of Photo for Production of Student EdU Card

Please write down your Name, Application Number and Mobile Number on the back of your photo,
and submit it to OCIO staff members at the registration hall. You can collect your Student EdU Card
during the assigned timeslot and OCIO staff members will inform you of the details upon your
submission of photo.

III. Completion of New Student Surveys

Make sure you have completed the online surveys (i.e. Profile of New Full-time Students,
Questionnaire on Students’ Emotional States) BEFORE registration. Please check your EdUHK email
account AFTER registration and complete the Whole Person Development Inventory (WPDI) survey
on or before 13 September 2019.
