Internship: BASF Care Chemicals (Supply Chain – Demand Planning) – 06/2016 to 12/2017

Issue and weekly analysis reports to the commercial team with values realized on the sales
operation and comparison with demand forecast. Follow up monthly on the amounts presented in
demand validation meetings (Care Chemicals South America department)

Update on demand forecast values, creating new combinations (product-customer) and preparation of
the material to be presented on demand validation meetings. Calculation of key performance
indicators (Forecast Acuracy, BIAS and Hit / Miss) for the Department of Care Chemicals South America.
Participation in S&OP meetings and presentation of Forecast Accuracy calculated values.

Analysis in product manufacturing and distribution strategy (local and imported production) to BASF's
distribution centers in Brazil. Viability study, survey of assumptions, concepts, possibilities and impacts
made for all products classified as CZ. Create action plans for strategy change and interface with all
departments of the Care Chemicals division (Brazil).
Internship: Bayer CropScience (Supply Chain - Projects) – 02/2015 to 06/2016.

Development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in product traceability project to transfer operations
(between factory and distribution centers) and sales (between the distribution centers and customers).
Conducting monthly performance meetings with logistics operators, feedback on monthly performance,
follow-up of sales processes and transfers and building action plans with partners logistics operators.

Support for semi-annual reports to the federal government. Send of reports and database to federal
institutions such as IBAMA, ANVISA and MAPA. In all reports contained amount of pesticides and
specification of the products as toxicity, physical status and application.

Request to DANFE billing related to transfers of fixed assets (printer) among logistics operators.
Compile necessary information and contact with the accounting.
