RE: Issuance of New Identification Card

Due to the hostage incident that happened yesterday inside the Company, we have fully
decided to issue a new Identification Card (ID) for the Employees. The New ID is a response to
a better and efficient security; this also aims to update the necessary information of the
Employees. The New ID will be a Radio Frequency Identification, (RFID), before the employees
may enter the company; they will scan first their ID into a scanner for a short verification
process. If a person is proven by the database as an employee of the company, his/her personal
information will appear in a monitor then he/she may precede to his/her office. If someone is not
verified to be an employee, he/she will be interrogated by the guard for inspection and security
purposes.

Below, are the photo-shoot schedules for the new ID Pictures, Pictorial will be by
department on July 2, 2018. Please wear formal attire during the pictorial.

I wish for your full and active participation on July 2, 2018 for the pictorial. The Issuance of
the New ID will be on July 12, 2018. Thus, wearing of ID’s will be strictly implemented on July
13, 2018.
