SEARCH WARRANT

TO ANY OFFICER OF THE LAW​:

Greetings:

It appearing to the satisfaction of the undersigned, after examining

under oath ​P/LT. VINCENT T. MORALES and his witnesses,
CATHERINE GO, ​ARIANE LOPEZ, ​MARCOS LAURON, and ​S/G JOSE
DEL ROSARIO, that there is probable cause to believe an unlawful taking
of personal property has been committed and that there are good and
sufficient reasons to believe that ​ANTONIO ARIEL T. BAUTISTA has in
his possession or control in ​282 N. Perez Street, Barangay Pansol, Quezon
City​, a backpack, a wallet, a cellular phone, laptop computers, and assorted
notebooks and review materials.

You are hereby commanded to make an immediate search at any time

of the day of the premises above described, to be guided by the location
sketch as attached in the application for a search warrant, and forthwith seize
and take possession of the following personal property, to wit:

a) White and Blue Anello Leather Backpack;

b) Brown and Pink Coach Wallet;
c) Huawei P30 Cellular Phone;
d) MacBook Pro Laptop Computer;
e) Lenovo Ideapad 320 Laptop Computer;
f) Assorted notebooks and law review materials;

and bring said articles to the undersigned to be dealt with as the law directs.

 You shall make a return immediately to this Court of the property
seized together with the true inventory thereof duly verified under oath, as
prescribed by Sections 11 and 12, Rule 126 of the Rules of Court.

This search warrant shall be valid for only ten (10) days from the date
of issuance.
