DEMAND LETTER TO PAY

Dear Ma’am:

I am writing this letter to you in behalf of my client, JONEL X. AFAM, who is


the Creditor in the Promissory Note dated December 14, 2018, regarding your repeated
failure to pay the amount due and demandable in the said Promissory Note.

It will be remembered that you and my client, JONEL X. AFAM, executed a


Promissory Note which was effective on September 14, 2018 and due and demandable
on December 14, 2018 due to your continued refusal to pay the amount outstanding
balance. It is therefore, demanded of you to pay the outstanding balance of TEN
THOUSAND PESOS and the monthly interest at the rate of TWO POINT FIVE (2.5)
percent per month.

You are therefore given one (1) month from receipt of this letter to pay the
outstanding balance and interest per month; otherwise, we have no other recourse but
to seek the readily available remedies under the law. Please be reminded that litigation
can be expensive and tedious.

the Creditor in the Promissory Note dated July 01, 2018, regarding your repeated failure
to pay the amount due and demandable in the said Promissory Note.

It will be remembered that you and my client, JONEL X. AFAM, executed a


Promissory Note which was effective on June 01, 2018 and due and demandable on
December 31, 2018 due to your continued refusal to pay the amount outstanding
balance. It is therefore, demanded of you to pay the outstanding balance of ONE
MILLION PESOS and the monthly interest at the rate of TWO POINT FIVE (2.5) percent
per month.

You are therefore given one (1) month from receipt of this letter to pay the
outstanding balance and interest per month; otherwise, we have no other recourse but
to seek the readily available remedies under the law. Please be reminded that litigation
can be expensive and tedious.
