7.1.1.1 - If the laboratory has the capacity to analyze products with the A grade, sample one lot every
6 months. The control of this sampling and information for collection by the warehouse must be
controlled by the laboratory, using the observation field of the receipt and release of chemicals
worksheet. If the lab does not have conditions, evaluate only by the certificate, and also include an
observation in the chemical analysis control worksheet.

7.1.2 Due to the infrared analysis, the unit of Itumbiara should use as reference for analysis the column
"Note of Analysis Itumbiara" of TB-JBS-0014 – Supplier Rate List. The other units must use the column
"Grade of Collection".

7.1.3 If the product is out of specification, the Laboratory, in conjunction with the Technical
Department, should reevaluate the classification of the product / supplier, and may vary between
classification levels, from Grade A to D. Unit laboratories must inform the disapproval to the corporate
laboratory, which organizes so that the information reaches the corporate technical department

7.1.4 Unit laboratories should report to the corporate laboratory whenever there are new products /

Nota 1: Not all products need to meet the criteria in the table above. If the corporate technical
department defines that the product is not critical, the vendor's grade may be altered by formal
authorization, without going through the suggested analysis in the table.
Nota 2: If you reach the 10 different consecutive batches tested and approved, and the product grade
is not changed, the count should continue the sequence and only be restarted when the grade is
changed.

7.1.5 The corporate laboratory contacts the corporate technical area for the definition or not of grade
change. Each chemical can only be consulted once a month.

7.1.6 It is the responsibility of the corporate laboratory to keep TB-JBS-0014 - Supplier Grade List. It
