The course is meant to impart in-depth knowledge of cyber laws and its applicability in India.
The programme aims at emphasizing upon basic concepts of technology and law, digital
contracts, rights of netizens and E-governance.
It aims at studying cyber laws and various aspects of cyber crimes and regulating them through
relevant Acts.
The programme offers a unique opportunity to have a comparative study of national and
international laws keeping in view international scenario in a no-barrier world.
