Learning Objective(s):
 The course is meant to impart in-depth knowledge of cyber laws and its applicability in India.
 The programme aims at emphasizing upon basic concepts of technology and law, digital
contracts, rights of netizens and E-governance.
 It aims at studying cyber laws and various aspects of cyber crimes and regulating them through
relevant Acts.
 The programme offers a unique opportunity to have a comparative study of national and
international laws keeping in view international scenario in a no-barrier world.

Learning Outcomes:

After the completion of this course the student will be to,


 know about cyber world and cyber law in general
 know about cyber space jurisdiction and its types
 understand the meaning of cyber-crime and cyber terrorism
 explain about the various facets of cyber crimes
 educate about the regulation of cyber space at national and international level
